You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (via Google login). You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Create quizzes with offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service (including all code, design, and content) is owned by Geomasters. You retain ownership of the quizzes you create, but you grant us a licence to display and distribute them through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geomasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence (or, if none, the laws of England and Wales).

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
