Delete your Geomasters account

Geomasters is run by a single developer, and account deletion is handled personally rather than by a button. Send one email and it gets done.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@geomasters.app with the subject Delete my account.
  2. Send it from the email address the account uses. That is how we confirm the account is yours — we will not ask you for a password or any document.
  3. If you signed in with Google, use that same Google address. If you are not sure which address the account uses, send the email anyway and say what your in-game name is.

You will get a reply confirming the deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently and without a backup copy:

  • Your profile — username, email address, avatar, chosen title, banner and palette
  • Your progress — XP, level, coins, daily streak, country and continent mastery
  • Your game history — live quiz results, Conquest campaigns, solo Journey sessions, individual answers
  • Your ladder rating and season results
  • Friends, friend requests and challenges you sent or received
  • Anything you bought with in-game coins
  • Feedback you sent through the app, if it is linked to your account

What is kept, and why

  • Games other people played in. A live room or a Conquest campaign involved other players, and their record of it stays. Your name is removed from it — what remains says that a player was there, not who.
  • Totals that are only numbers. Counts like how many games have been played on the site carry nothing that identifies anyone and are not unpicked.

Nothing is kept on a retention timer waiting to expire. What is listed above as deleted is deleted when the request is handled.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can do that too. If you want something specific removed — a display name, a piece of feedback you sent, your game history while keeping the account — email support@geomasters.app from your account address and say what you want gone. Same person reading it, same 30-day commitment, and your account stays as it is.
